Service to Polycold PFC1102

All systems are dismantled, fully cleaned and flushed with special cleaning fluids.

The refrigerant compressor is dismantled and completely overhauled.

A check for oil residues and oil contamination follows.

Components such as refrigerant valves, filters, dryers and seals are replaced.

To avoid future oil contamination and for long-term stabilization of the system, new coalescence separators are installed.

This is followed by filling with special oil.

Finally, the system is filled with the appropriate refrigerant, subjected to a test run and tested in accordance with the EC ChemKlimaProtection Ordinance (F-Gas Regulation).
