nEXT turbomolecular pumps are hybrid bearing pumps with integrated electronics. We offer a wide range of pumping speeds from 47 to 1250 ls-1. nEXT pumps combine our proven bearing technology (oil-lubricated ceramic bearing with permanent magnetic top bearing), an improved rotor design with a new molecular compression stage to achieve improved pumping speed and compression ratio as well as better serviceability. They feature 24V to 48V DC sensorless motors with an integrated drive that is fully compatible with our TAG and TIC controllers.
