T-Station 300 High-Capacity Pumping System
The T-Station 300 is a high-capacity pumping station designed for small to medium applications requiring reliable, flexible vacuum performance. Featuring the nEXT300H turbomolecular pump, it delivers a pumping speed of up to 300 l/s.
Options for Foreline Pump:
- mXDS3s: Oil-free, dry scroll pump with 3 m³/h pumping speed, 0.1 mbar ultimate vacuum, intake valve, and exhaust filter for protection during power loss.
- XDD1 Diaphragm Pump: Dry pump with 1.2 m³/h speed for cleaner applications.
- E2M1.5 Oil-Sealed Pump: 1.6 m³/h speed for applications needing higher backing pressure.
