Fine Vacuum Calibration
The high‑vacuum calibration covers the measurement range from 10⁻⁵ mbar to approximately 10⁻² mbar.
Depending on the measuring tube used, these limits may shift by up to one order of magnitude.
This category includes hot‑cathode and cold‑cathode ionization gauges, high‑sensitivity capacitance diaphragm gauges, and molecular friction (viscous drag) gauges.
Our factory calibration documents all deviations of your measuring device. All calibrations are performed in accordance with the following standards:
Standards Applied
ISO 19685:2017
Vacuum technology – Vacuum gauges – Specifications, calibration, and measurement uncertainties for Pirani gauges
DIN ISO 3567:2015
Calibration of vacuum gauges by direct comparison with a reference standard
ISO 27893:2011
Vacuum measuring devices – Determination of measurement uncertainty of calibration results by comparison with a reference standard
DIN EN ISO 20486:2018
Non‑destructive testing – Leak testing – Calibration of reference gas leaks
DKD‑R‑6‑2, Part 2
Calibration of measuring instruments for vacuum
Included in the Calibration Process
- Cleaning of the calibration item
- Adjustment and fine‑tuning
- Zero‑point setting
- Documentation of all deviations
Our high‑vacuum calibration ensures accurate, traceable, and standards‑compliant measurements across the entire HV range.
