Fine Vacuum Calibration
Calibration Fine Vacuum covers the measurement range from atmosphere (1000 mbar) down to 10⁻³ mbar. This range typically includes all handheld gauges, thermal conductivity vacuum gauges, piezoelectric sensors, and most capacitance diaphragm vacuum gauges.
Our factory calibration of your measuring systems documents any present deviation in your device. Our calibrations are performed in accordance with the following standards:
ISO 19685:2017
Vacuum technology – Vacuum gauges – Specifications, calibration, and measurement uncertainties for Pirani vacuum gauges,
DIN ISO 3567:2015
Vacuum gauges – Calibration of vacuum gauges by direct comparison with a reference standard,
ISO 27893:2011
Vacuum technology – Vacuum measuring devices – Determination of measurement uncertainty of results by comparison with a reference standard,
DIN EN ISO 20486:2018
Non-destructive testing – Leak testing – Calibration of reference leaks for gases
DKD-R-6-2 Part 2
Calibration of measuring instruments for vacuum.
Of course, the calibration includes cleaning, adjustment, and zero-point setting of the calibration item.
