High Vacuum Calibration
High vacuum calibration covers the measurement range from 10⁻⁵ mbar to approximately 10⁻² mbar, though limits may vary by an order of magnitude depending on the gauge used. This category includes pure hot and cold cathode ionization gauges, some highly sensitive capacitance diaphragm gauges, and friction vacuum gauges.
Our factory calibration of your measurement systems documents any deviations in your device. Our calibrations are performed in accordance with the following standards:
ISO 19685:2017
Vacuum technology – Vacuum gauges – Specifications, calibration, and measurement uncertainties for Pirani vacuum gauges,
DIN ISO 3567:2015
Vacuum gauges – Calibration of vacuum gauges by direct comparison with a reference standard,
ISO 27893:2011
Vacuum technology – Vacuum measuring devices – Determination of measurement uncertainty of calibration results by comparison with a reference standard,
DIN EN ISO 20486:2018
Non-destructive testing – Leak testing – Calibration of reference leaks for gases
DKD-R-6-2 Part 2
Calibration of measuring instruments for vacuum
The calibration process naturally includes cleaning, adjustment, and zero-point setting of the calibration item.
