IONIVAC IM 540 – Three-Channel Display and Control Unit for Precise Vacuum Measurement
The IONIVAC IM 540 covers the full vacuum measurement range from 10⁻¹² mbar to atmospheric pressure by combining up to four measurement principles – Pirani, capacitive, Bayard-Alpert, and extractor. This versatile device is ideal for precise ultra-high vacuum (UHV) pressure measurements with flexible connection options.
- Precise UHV Pressure Measurement: Bayard-Alpert sensor IE 414 for long-term stability or extractor sensor IE 514 for extremely low X-ray limit (< 1 · 10⁻¹² mbar).
- Versatile Connection Options: One measurement channel for IONIVAC sensors (Bayard-Alpert or extractor); second IONIVAC sensor connection available.
- Anode Degassing: Electron bombardment with time limit for safe anode cleaning.
- Continuous UHV Measurement: Measurements during bake-out phase up to 250 °C, including bakeable measurement line.
- Two Additional Measurement Channels: Direct connection for THERMOVAC TTR and CERAVAC CTR transmitters.
- Switchable Pressure Units: Display in mbar, Torr, Micron, or Pascal.
- Adjustable Set Points: Two configurable set points with hysteresis and flexible assignment to measurement channels.
- Flexible Display Options: Pressure trend via analog bar graph or simultaneous display of all channels.
