THERMOVAC-Transmitter TTR 101
The Pirani capacitance vacuum sensor is the first vacuum sensor in which the principle of capacitance measurement via a ceramic membrane is combined with the principle of pressure measurement via thermal conductivity. The Leybold Transmitter TTR 101 offers superior accuracy and the possibility of gas type-dependent measurements in the back range between 10 mbar and 1500 mbar.
