Wide Range Calibration
Wide-range calibration covers the measurement range from 10⁻⁵ mbar to atmosphere (1000 mbar). Calibrations down to 10⁻⁶ mbar are also available upon request. This category includes wide-range sensors, typically combining thermal conductivity vacuum gauges and ionization gauges (both hot and cold cathode).
