Efficient Removal of Water Vapor (65–95% of Residual Gas in High‑Vacuum Systems)
The Edwards Polycold® MaxCool Cryo Coolers are closed-loop cryogenic cooling systems designed for efficient removal of water vapor.
They capture moisture and other condensable substances by freezing them onto cold surfaces such as cryocoils or chevron baffles. In addition, they are used for cooling and heating components, for example electrostatic chucks in semiconductor wafer production.
The models in this series provide cooling capacities of 2,000, 2,500, and 4,000 watts.
