Efficient removal of water vapor (65-95% Residual Gas in High-Vacuum Systems)
The Edwards Polycold® is a closed-loop cryogenic system designed for efficient removal of water vapor.
It removes moisture and other condensable substances by freezing them onto cold surfaces such as cryocoils or chevron baffles. This improves process stability and while achieving higher quality and more consistent results.
The system is idealy suited for applications in vacuum coating, semiconductor manufactoring, and industrial high-vacuum processes.
