- mXDS3s: Oil-free scroll pump with 3 m³/h speed, 0.1 mbar vacuum, intake valve, and exhaust filter for power loss protection.
- XDD1 Diaphragm Pump: Dry pump with 1.2 m³/h speed.
- E2M1.5 Oil-Sealed Pump: 1.6 m³/h speed for higher backing requirements.
