Wide‑Range Calibration
The wide‑range calibration covers the measurement range from 10⁻⁵ mbar up to atmospheric pressure (1000 mbar).
Calibrations down to 10⁻⁶ mbar are also available upon request.
This category includes wide‑range sensors, typically combining a thermal conductivity gauge and an ionization gauge (hot‑cathode or cold‑cathode).
